”Summer Theatre 2017” The original artwork can be found in Moominsummer Madness. The design features Moomintroll, Moominpappa, Little My, Snorkmaiden and the Lion. Moominpappa is having difficulties in writing a play and Moomintrolls brings him a bowl of sweets, but Little My is tearing the papers apart. The Lion is watching as Snorkmaiden is having fun with the costumes of the theatre.

Arabia has produced more than 80 different Moomin mugs using the Teema ceramic 0,3 l mug after 1990. The production was originally in Finland but gradually shifted to Thailand during the last 10 years. The seasonal mugs for summer and winter are in production only a short time each year with a new decoration. It is a larger type of cup typically used for drinking hot beverages, such as coffee, hot chocolate, soup, or tea. A mug is a less formal style of drinkware, and is not usually used in a formal table setting.
