Arabia Suvanto Plate 17, Vintage

Suvanto (a stream pool) is a simple decoration with watery blue and dark brown stripes with pleasantly soft edges. The base colour of the ceramic mass is a lovely powdery gray. The pastel colour palette has understated elegance and a beautiful glow.

Arabia Suvanto has a poetic and dreamy atmosphere, like still water resting in the pools of an artic river in Finland. The stripes create a watercolour-like effect, which brings variation and liveliness to an otherwise simple pattern. The hand-painting gives an authentic artisanal feel to this Nordic vintage series.

A side plate, dessert plate, bread plate or a plate for cake or sweet buns. This plate forms a set with a coffee cup. These practical plates are in good condition. There are only minor sings of wear and small scratches on the surface.
