Kissankello (Bluebell flower) is a beautiful, delicate and hazy flower decoration. The flower is also known as harebell and it grows in many different sizes and hues of blue. Bluebell is widespread and loved in Finland. It grows in grasslands and heaths and it is flowering from the end of June until August. Bluebell is often used in bunches of flowers in summery celebrations.
The Arabia Arctica model was inspired by the idea of making dishes that feel lovely to the touch. Holding one, you can really notice how the soft round edges are designed to feel pleasant against the hands and mouth. These dishes are like holding delicate and precious birds’ eggs. This model by Inkeri Leivo is one of Arabia Finland’s most bought series and has been in production since 1979. It was Arabia’s first vitro porcelain series, safe for oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It is also a very popular wedding present.
