Anemone (the name of a flower) decoration features hand painted blue flowers, leaves and stripes.

A creamer is a container for milk or cream, used when serving tea or coffee. You can also use it for serving dressing or as a vase for small flowers.

This cute creamer is in good vintage condition, but it still has some minor signs of wear, such as small scratches. They do not show well in photos. There might be also a few tiny lumps, bubbles, and uneven spots on the glazing.
