Kilta (a guild) series by Kaj Franck had it’s designing started in 1946. It was designed to be multifunctional and could be stacked to fit in small city kitchens. It uses basic forms and is decorated with only a coloured glazing.
A plate for appetizers, salads, dessert, or bread and butter. Plates of this size are most used in serving small salty courses, like pie, sandwich cake, or salad.
These vintage plates show some signs of wear, such as small scratches. The glazing might be a bit imperfect, there might be some tiny pinholes.
