Arabia Ali Blue Coffee Cup, Vintage

Ali (Arabic man’s name) is a copperplate printed pattern imitating an oriental arabesque decoration, made in two colours: blue (1961-1973) and brown (1963-1969). It is a lovely flower decoration with hints of romantic and traditional style.

Arabia Ali was the last decoration at the Arabia factory, which was made using copperplate printing and is one of the most popular Arabia decorations – a true classic!

A set of a cup and a saucer for hot drinks. Usually used for serving coffee- or espresso-based drinks but also hot chocolate or tea. Beautiful coffee cups are popular as gifts. They fit well for both a hurry-free everyday and celebrations.

Many collect these cups for their diverse decorations and for the fact they don't take up much space and look cute even on a shelf.

These cute vintage cups show some minor signs of wear and a few small scratches. There are some inaccuracy of the printed pattern and a few little dots of the blue paint has been spilled on the plates. The additional photos show examples.
