Balladi (a ballad is a romantic poem or a lyrical song telling a story) features printed light blue stripes with green lines and bluebell flowers.

The hand-painted stripes create a watercolour-like effect, which brings variation and liveliness to an otherwise simple pattern. The hand-painting gives an authentic artisanal feel to this Nordic vintage series.

A side plate for appetizers, salads, dessert, bread and butter, or a luncheon plate. Used for sets with teacups.

These vintage plates show some signs of wear, such as small scratches. There are some minor imperfections, such as a few tiny bubbles or lumps or a darker spot in the glazing. The additional photos show examples.
