Fennica (Finnish in Latin) is a durable and functional model for everyday use. The decoration features a simple brown line on the edges of the dishes.

Arabia Fennica is made of pale white stoneware with a super minimal decoration that complements the shape of the form. The colour makes you think of soft powdered snow. No wonder this dish was given the name Fennica or 'Finnish'. It reflects a very Finnish love for functional and clean shapes.

It's a perfect match for lovers of the Mid-century Modern style. This design would feel right at home with Alvar Aalto furniture, and will give your home that modern nordic touch.

A plate mainly for soup, that can also be used as a bowl for breakfast, pasta, rice or side dishes. These small bowls have convenient handles so they work as for both eating and serving of small side dishes. Heat-resistant oven dish or a small casserole are suitable for cooking food in an oven. You can serve it directly from the oven to the table and even keep it in a refrigerator. When serving hot food, you can easily use the matching series bread plates under the bowls.

These practical vintage Fennica Soup bowls have some minor imperfectons, such as a few tiny bubbles or lumps in the glazing or a tiny darker dot. There are some signs of wear and small scraches. The additional photos show examples.
