Arabia Taika Soup Plate 20 cm, Vintage

Taika (magic) with stripes decoration features hand-painted stripes in brown and a beautiful blue. In this simple version there are no other decorations.

Dark blue creates an interesting contrast to the warm reddish-brown, which deliciously emphasises the colour of your coffee or tea.

In the other version of Taika decoration you will find Finnish winter atmosphere with snowberries. You can combine these decorations well, as all the plates in the series are striped.

A plate mainly for soup, that can also be used as a bowl for breakfast, pasta, rice or side dishes. These multi-purpose traditional deep plates have a decorative edge that beautifully frames the food.

The wide edge makes it easy to pass around the dishes and supports cutlery. For this reason, the deep plate also serves as a beautiful serving dish. Thanks to the edge the plate is firmly seated on drying racks.

These vintage soup plates are in good condition. There are some minor imperfections such as a tiny dark dot or a bubble on the glazing.
