Arabia Katrilli Plate 26 cm, Vintage

Katrilli (quadrille, a dance originating in the mid-1700’s with four dancers forming a square) features a screen-printed flower border and hand-painted stripes.

This nordic vintage design by popular artist Esteri Tomula was made in the 1970s. It has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The motif of pure white water-lilies floating in a pond with deep water gives it a touch of mystery.

It has a delicious deep hue of chocolate brown, which really beautifully complements the colour of coffee or black tea. Katrilli's cheerful retro style will really excite your guests.

These lovely vintage plates are in very good condition and still have some small imperfections. There are for example some dark dots and lighter spots on the pattern. The glazing might have a few tiny pinholes or bubbles, and small scratches. The additional photos show examples.
