Arabia Kasino Soup Bowl, Vintage

Kasino (Casino) is a hand-painted stripe decoration in deep marine blue on white stoneware dishes. The contrast of the dark cobalt blue and white gives this design a fresh and crisp feel.

It makes one think of romantic seaside resorts such as the Hanko casino, which were popular holiday resorts along the Finnish coast. Arabia Kasino creates a pleasant and calm feeling of looking at the sea

These practical bowls have some small imperfections. There are for example some dark or blue dots and inaccuracy of the pattern. There might be some tiny bubbles on the glazing.
