Sotka (bluebill, a bird) features a hand painted feather-like decoration in cobalt blue.

A plate for a main course, often used as a dinner plate. This is usually a flat plate type. A big plate is usually used as a serving dish, a platter, or as an underplate or a charger plate under smaller-sized plates in a table setting.
