Sotka (bluebill, a bird) features a hand painted feather-like decoration in cobalt blue.

A plate for a main course, often used as a dinner plate. This is usually a flat plate type. A big plate is usually used as a serving dish, a platter, or as an underplate or a charger plate under smaller-sized plates in a table setting.

This beautiful plate is in good condition, yet there are some imperfections on the hand-paint, like a few tiny drops of blue paint and some minor unevenness on the glazing, like tiny dents or lumps. The additional photo shows examples.
