Mahonki (mahogany) features a simple warm brown glaze over a striped surface.

Arabia Mahonki refers to tropical hardwood prized for its beauty, durability, and colour. Designer Ulla Procopé discovered these qualities, as she emphasised the handcrafted earthiness of a ribbed surface with a brown mahogany glazing. The result is a soft wavy shape that has a natural and wood-like texture.

Each dish is unique, as the surface and glaze create colour variations, ranging from dark chocolate to red and toffee hues.

A set of a cup and a saucer for hot drinks. Usually used for serving tea, but also hot chocolate or coffee with milk. Did you know that Finnish vintage teacups are actually rarer than the coffee cups? This why they are also more valuable.

There are some imperfections on these cute teacups, such as a few scratches, and unevenness or tiny lumps on the glazing. In some cases the label on top of the glazing is worn off. If you have questions or requests about labels/signatures, please contact us before ordering the products.
