Uhtua (a village in Karelia) was famous for its tradition of singing the poems of Kalevala. You might still find these beautiful shades of blue in its traditional wooden houses. This simple series creates a beautiful rustic lakeside feel and has a calm and composed atmosphere.

The stripes create a watercolour-like effect, which brings variation and liveliness to an otherwise simple pattern. The hand-painting gives an authentic artisanal feel to this Nordic vintage series.

A set of a cup and a saucer for hot drinks. Usually used for serving tea, but also hot chocolate or coffee with milk.

There are some imperfections on these cute teacups such as a few scratches or other signs of wear. There might also be unevenness in the glazing, such as tiny lumps, dents or pinholes. In some cases there are a few tiny black dots or some minor colour variation on the glazing.

There are some sings of wear and small scratches especially in the bottom of the cups inside.
