March news
Happy first day of Spring!
The first day of Spring is celebrated on the 1st of March, which also happens to be Shrove Tuesday or Laskiainen in Finland. This Festival leaves winter behind and sets our sights toward the starting spring. So set the table with hernekeitto (pea soup), laskiaispulla (sweet bun with whipped cream and jam) enjoyed with hot cocoa, and the weather permitting join the Winter Sliding Festival!

Shop for the Spring
Our Shop for the Season story introduces Finland’s spring traditions and also lots of lovely new vintage dishes for the season.
Read about the Nordic lifestyle in Finland and find inspiration to fill your home with fresh spring energy. Check out for example our two versions of Vintage Primavera by Marimekko and by Arabia.
The short Nordic days are gradually becoming brighter, but sometimes the seemingly slow change can make one feel tired and we really miss the flowers of spring. We make up for it with beautiful colours on the table.

To decorate your table with absolutely wonderful vintage designs from Finland, follow us on social media, as we will add new products regularly throughout spring.
